Any estimate or proposal we provide is subject to availability, seasonal scheduling, and on- site evaluation. Most proposals are valid for a limited time (typically 1 to 8 months) and may expire or require revisions due to material costs or weather conditions.

3. Deposits & Payments
Project-specific payment terms — including deposits or staged payments — will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Website form submissions do not involve payments or contract initiation.

4. Ownership of Work
Designs, plans, or work product remain the property of Smith & Lloyd Landscaping & Design, LLC until full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Disclaimers on Landscaping Projects
Due to the nature of landscaping and environmental factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee the performance, appearance, or lifespan of plants, turf, or organic materials after installation unless expressly stated in writing. Clients are responsible for proper care, watering, and maintenance following project completion. Any recommendations we provide are general guidelines and do not constitute a guarantee.

6. Limited Warranty (If Applicable)
Smith & Lloyd Landscaping & Design, LLC offers limited warranties only when the following conditions are met:
– The planting was completed during the recommended seasonal window (typically spring or fall); and
– Smith & Lloyd was responsible for installing the irrigation system at the time of planting.

If these conditions are not met, no warranty applies. Even when applicable, the scope and duration of any warranty will be outlined in your signed proposal or service agreement. No warranty is implied from website use or form submission.
